Introduction

The GCK low voltage withdrawable switchgear is a GCK switchgear line built for three-phase 50–60Hz, 380V low-voltage power distribution systems in power plants, substations, petrochemical facilities, and metallurgical plants. It functions as a Power Center (PC) for centralized motor control, or as a Motor Control Center (MCC) for lighting and reactive power compensation control – in plain terms, it’s the core switchgear handling distribution, control, and protection in a low-voltage switchroom.
GCK sits within Ganheng’s low voltage switchgear product line, alongside models such as GGD (fixed type) and GCS (withdrawable type)
Every GCK unit is manufactured at Ganheng’s production base in Jiangshan, Zhejiang, equipped with CNC punching machines, CNC bending machines, laser cutting machines, and busbar bending machines, with full in-house inspection at every stage.

Cabinet Configuration
GCK’s model code reads: G-C-L(K)-□-□, where L = Power Center (PC) and K = Motor Control Center (MCC), both in enclosed, withdrawable construction. It is configured around two main functional types:
Power Center (PC) panel – centralized motor control for three-phase low-voltage systems
Motor Control Center (MCC) panel – centralized control for lighting and reactive power compensation

Three structural variants are supported: drawer (withdrawable), plug-in, and fixed, allowing safe, convenient maintenance and shorter outage times during servicing. The drawer mechanism includes an anti-drop interlock that prevents the drawer from falling out if pulled too forcefully.
Main circuit breaker / feeder configuration: the main and auxiliary circuit schemes (corresponding to the □-□ in the model code) are selected according to the specific project requirements.

Customization
Custom configurations are supported. Provide transformer capacity and site drawings, and we will design a matching solution; if these parameters aren’t available, tell us the installation site, the load of on-site equipment, and the functional outcome you need, and our engineering team will propose a custom solution. In most cases, custom configurations are priced the same as standard ones (dimensions may need to be widened depending on the specific configuration). No minimum order quantity – a single unit can be delivered.
